What are the requirements for renting a car with us?
To rent a car, you must be at least 23 years old with a valid driving license and have held the license for a minimum of two years. An international driving permit is required for non-Singapore residents.
What documents do I need to provide when renting a car?
You will need to provide a valid driving license, a passport or NRIC (for Singapore residents), and a credit card for payment and security deposit purposes.
Is there a mileage limit for rented cars?
Most rentals come with unlimited mileage within Singapore. However, some special offers or specific car categories may have mileage restrictions. Please check the terms and conditions of your rental agreement.
Can I drive the rental car to Malaysia?
Yes, driving to Malaysia is allowed with prior notice and approval. Additional charges and insurance coverage will apply. Please inform us at the time of booking if you plan to drive to Malaysia.
